Youssef Youssef, PhD, MSC, CPM
CEO and Senior Management Consultant
Dr. Youssef Youssef is a professor, consultant, and keynote speaker with expertise in strategy, business and management models, customer excellence, digital transformation, governance, and knowledge management. As President, Youssef has led growth strategies that promote equity, diversity, and inclusion, notably by leading the revival of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Management of Ontario (CIMMO) in 2016. He is also the co-founder and vice chair of the Federation of Canadian Brazilian Businesses, demonstrating his commitment to building bridges across cultures. With a Ph.D. in knowledge management and over three decades of executive experience, Dr. Youssef integrates academic insights with practical application. Since 2012, he has served as a marketing professor at Humber Polytechnic's Longo Faculty of Business.
Paul Griffin, PhD, MBA, CPA, CMA, CGA, FCSI, FLMI
Senior Management Consultant
Dr. Paul Griffin has long-standing experience with nonprofit governance he is a member of the Insurance Institute of Canada's Ethics Advisory Board and also as Chair of the Education Committee and Board of Directors for the Canadian Institute of Financial Planners (CIFPs). He also serves as Chair of the Board of Regents of the Retirement Planning Institute, and Past Chair of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Management of Ontario. Although now the Senior Dean of the Faculty of Applied Science and Technology at Humber College, in his previous role as a Professor, Paul taught finance, risk management (insurance), accounting, marketing, and securities. Prior to joining Humber, he was a National Director at ING Canada (now Intact Insurance). In addition, Paul continues to write for practitioner-targeted publications.

She holds over 20+ years of experience in HR from various industries holding progressive leadership roles. Lyndsay’s experience includes working for organizations that include – Harlequin Publishing, Deloitte, Yum! Brands International, Walmart and Mars Canada.
Lyndsay also has a passion for teaching where she teaches HR Management at Humber College and plays an active role in the development and execution of the HR programs.

Nedal is a seasoned executive with 30+ years of experience in the diplomatic, public, and private sectors. He is a Professor at Humber Polytechnic and leads the Supply Chain Management and Management Studies degree programs. With a career spanning diverse roles: Trade Commissioner, promoting international business; General Manager, overseeing a billion-dollar project portfolio; and Chief International Operations Officer, leading public-private partnership projects. As a recognized excellence expert and Fellow of the Business Excellence Institute, he is a sought-after strategy consultant and subject matter expert for governments globally. Nedal is also an active community leader who serves on numerous boards and public policy research organizations.
Sérgio Frias, MBA
Senior Management Consultant
Sergio has over 20 years of global experience, primarily in the aerospace industry, with expertise in Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Negotiation, Leadership, and People Management across various industries. He has held leadership roles at Embraer, Bombardier, and De Havilland, where he drove significant organizational transformations. Sergio has supported major companies like Suzano, Honda, and Gerdau in optimizing the balance between Customer Experience and Operational Efficiency. He created the NICE methodology to enhance customer services through better Processes, Technology, People, and Culture. His education includes a BA in Civil Engineering (USP), an International Executive MBA (FIA-USP), a Mini-MBA (McGill), and certifications from Kellogg, Harvard, MIT, Disney, CIMMO, and CXPA.
Susan MacGregor, ABD, MBA, MA
Senior Management Consultant
Susan has been the program coordinator for the International Development graduate program at Humber Polytechnic for 17 years. Before joining Humber, she spent over 15 years in International Humanitarian Relief and Development, holding roles such as financial manager, new business development director, and vice president. Her extensive field experience includes managing humanitarian relief projects in countries such as Mozambique, Uganda, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Chad, Sudan, Indonesia, and Iraq/Jordan, as well as conducting numerous assessments across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Susan holds an MBA in International Business and an MA in Disaster and Emergency Management. She is currently pursuing a PhD focused on disaster preparedness in higher education.
